This Privacy Policy describes how Outfight LLC (d/b/a "Smart Driver," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information about consumers who visit smartdriver.ai and its subdomains (including l.smartdriver.ai), and who submit information through our auto insurance quote request forms (collectively, the "Services").

1. Who We Are

Outfight LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that owns and operates the smartdriver.ai domain and the Smart Driver brand. Smart Driver is a marketing and lead referral service. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker. We connect consumers with licensed third-party insurance agents, marketplaces, and carriers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth, IP address, device identifiers.
• Driver & vehicle information: driver's license status, driving history, current insurance status, vehicle make / model / year (as voluntarily provided on our forms).
• Commercial information: records of quote requests submitted.
• Internet activity: browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, interaction with our forms and ads, exact consent language shown and timestamp of consent.
• Inferences: inferences drawn from the above to match you with appropriate insurance partners.

How We Collect It

• Directly from you, when you complete a quote request form.
• Automatically, through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies when you visit our sites.
• From our advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, and others) that refer traffic to our sites.

3. How We Use Information

• To refer your quote request to our marketing partners and their participating licensed insurance providers so they can contact you with quotes.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our websites and advertising.
• To comply with applicable laws, including TCPA prior express written consent record-keeping.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To communicate with you about your requests.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

• Marketing partners and insurance marketplaces, currently including Lead Economy / LeadPier, Smart Financial, and Kissterra, as described on our Partners page. These partners may further share your information with their networks of licensed insurance agents, brokers, and carriers.
• Service providers that help us operate our business (hosting, analytics, email delivery, form processing, consent logging).
• Legal and safety recipients, including law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business transfers, in connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Under some state privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA), sharing your information with marketing partners in exchange for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out — see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising pixels) to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat that as an opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" as described in our Do Not Sell or Share page.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion or correction of your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing communications from us and our partners.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
• Appeal our decision regarding a privacy request.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations (including TCPA prior express written consent records, which we retain for a minimum of five years after the date of consent), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when we post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our Services.
