What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean for Us

When you submit a quote request on smartdriver.ai or any of its subdomains, we refer your information to our marketing partners (currently Lead Economy / LeadPier, Smart Financial, and Kissterra) in exchange for compensation. Under the CCPA, this referral may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, even though we are not selling it in the everyday sense of the word. We also use advertising cookies and pixels (Google, Meta, TikTok) that may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. To exercise this right, use any of the options below.

Option 1 — Email. Send an email to myko@outfighthq.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell Request." Include the name, email address, and phone number associated with your request so we can locate your information.

Option 2 — Phone. Call (833) 699-1082 and ask to submit a "Do Not Sell" request.

Option 3 — Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat that signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser and device from which the signal was sent.
