Privacy Requests & Data Rights

To exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA or similar state privacy laws (right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information), please visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or email myko@outfighthq.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Opt Out of Marketing Communications

If you are receiving unwanted calls, texts, or emails as a result of a quote request submitted through Smart Driver:

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts from that sender.
• Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.
• Email myko@outfighthq.com with the subject line "Opt Out." Please include the phone number and email address associated with your quote request.

When we receive an opt-out request, we will forward it to each marketing partner we referred your information to. Please note that once your information has been shared with a partner, opting out with us does not automatically remove you from that partner's or its downstream providers' systems — you may need to opt out with them directly as well.
